Job Summary
Control and coordinate all activities of the stores related to purchasing, receiving, checking, identifying, storing, preserving, supervise the staff of the stores; guide and train his subordinates on a continuous basis. Responsib;e for teh safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouse.

• Knoledge in KIA product.
• Knowledge in Oils, lubricants, and TBAs.
• Computer skills (Microsoft office).
• Organized & well mannered.
• Courteous and Polite.
• Cooperative, accuracy at the record keeping
• ability to prioritise work

• Supervise the daily activities of the stores and ensures the smooth flow between the store and the workshop.
• Responsible for verificqation of incoming and outgoing of equipment / materials shipment of store.
• Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse acurrate.
• performing a preliminary checking inside the store against the documents.
• Responsible for the maintenance of tools used by technicians.
• Supervise the efficient receipt of materials from Spare parts division and external suppliers including unloading, unpacking, and handling of incoming materials.
• Follow up on store purchase orders especially emergency orders.
• Ensures that proper inventory records including requisitions and reports are organized and updated.
• Coordinate with other sections of the Service center such as the Auto Body Shop and the Heavy Vehicle
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Service Center Manager and Job holder
