Job Overview:
Responsible for the Operational and Administrative functioning of the IT Department, responsible for identifying the areas that would benefit from the use of IT; ensure the Efficiency & effectiveness of the system and its security.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Master of Computer Applications or a related discipline.
Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to effectively manage teams, projects, and technology-driven initiatives
Extensive experience in ERP project implementation, with expertise in the automotive dealership industry
In-depth knowledge of leading ERP platforms, business processes, system integration, and implementation methodologies
Relevant professional certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, MSP, and CCNA are highly advantageous
Solid experience in custom application development, including the delivery and integration of business applications
Excellent technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
Computer Skills (Microsoft office).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall Management of the IT Department.
Advice and guide on the use of IT Techniques in the development of the company systems.
Shall be constantly in touch with the Top Management on current and future requirements and IT assignments.
Analyze IT Project scope, likely costs/benefits, and resources required
Prepare system(s) development plans throughout recording of the requirements for current and proposed projects including estimates of the time & resources
Develop and manage IT budget and assist the Finance Team to adequately forecast and monitor ITS operational expenses
Develop and maintain Department’s policies & procedures including Security audit plans, Disaster recovery procedures, etc
Recommend Software packages to enhance the operations and management decisions capabilities
