  • Responsible for the professional installation, removal & maintenance of automotive window tint films in accordance with company standards & customer requirements. Ensures high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, compliance with safety standards, & efficient use of materials.
Qualification
  • High School Certificate with relevant technical or vocational training in window tinting installation.
Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive window tint installation.
  • Experience in automotive detailing or vehicle wrapping will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicle windows by thoroughly cleaning glass surfaces and removing contaminants prior to film installation.
  • Install automotive window tint films on various vehicle types with precision and high-quality finishing.
  • Prepare vehicle glass surfaces by cleaning, measuring, cutting, and fitting films accurately.
  • Ensure tint applications are free from bubbles, creases, contamination, and other defects.
  • Perform tint removal and replacement when required.
  • Inspect completed installations to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  • Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
  • Rectify installation defects and customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in a clean and good working condition and report any malfunction or shortage to the Supervisor.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of tint films and related materials.
  • Minimize material wastage and report damaged stock or equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and customer feedback documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries, provide estimates, and support business growth opportunities.
  • Estimate service & repair time to support efficient scheduling & meet timelines set by the Supervisor.
  • Report operational, procedural, workflow, or system issues to the Supervisor in a timely manner to enable effective corrective action.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and EHSQ requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure proper handling of materials.
  • Contribute to improving installation protocols to reduce waste and increase precision.
  • Knowledge of approved and established procedures for conducting service and repairs.
  • Report to the Supervisor any difficulties or additional job required during work.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding tinting options, maintenance instructions, and aftercare requirements.
  • Support customer satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship & timely completion of jobs.
  • Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times.
  • Handle customer vehicles and property with extreme care to prevent damage at all times.
  • Coordinate with workshop staff, service advisors, and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist colleagues in related vehicle enhancement services when required.
  • Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi Internal procedures and policies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Division Head & Job holder.
