Required Skills
- General Mechanical/Electrical skills.
- Knowledge in Multi brand vehicles.
- Familiarity with car service and product manuals, including tire products, tire fitting/replacement, oil changes, and general vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, including during emergencies.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Confident, Energetic, and self-Motivated.
- Computer Skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect the body and tires of customers’ vehicles for dents, bumps, wear, or other damages, and report findings to the Supervisor.
- Performed tire fitting and replacement efficiently in accordance with Supervisor’s instructions.
- Perform quality repair work in accordance with the instructions on the job card; such work includes PMS oil change &mechanical repairs.
- Inspect and adjust tire pressure as required, considering weather conditions, tire specifications, and vehicle type.
- Perform Quality maintenance work in accordance with the instructions on the job card; such work includes changing oil, oil filters, and other car maintenance.
- Adhere to work schedules and instructions provided by the Supervisor.
- Follow BHCC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when performing repairs and services.
- Inform the Supervisor of any difficulties encountered during repair or service activities.
- Report additional repair or service requirements before vehicles are delivered to customers.
- Provide support to colleagues in completing their tasks when required.
- Perform primary quality inspections on vehicles after repair or service.
- Attend outside breakdown repairs as necessary.
- Inspect and maintain tools, hydraulic lifts, and testing equipment, and promptly report any abnormalities to the Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi internal procedures and policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Division Manager and Job holder.
