Job Overview:

  • Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles in accordance with supervisor’s instructions and company standards. Duties include tire fitting and pressure adjustments, oil changes, mechanical repairs, quality checks as well as the electrical repair services.
Qualification
  • Secondary education; Technical certificate from a vocational school is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum Experience of 2-3 Years in Similar Jobs

Required Skills

  • General Mechanical/Electrical skills.
  • Knowledge in Multi brand vehicles.
  • Familiarity with car service and product manuals, including tire products, tire fitting/replacement, oil changes, and general vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect the body and tires of customers’ vehicles for dents, bumps, wear, or other damages, and report findings to the Supervisor.
  • Performed tire fitting and replacement efficiently in accordance with Supervisor’s instructions.
  • Perform quality repair work in accordance with the instructions on the job card; such work includes PMS oil change &mechanical repairs.
  • Inspect and adjust tire pressure as required, considering weather conditions, tire specifications, and vehicle type.
  • Perform Quality maintenance work in accordance with the instructions on the job card; such work includes changing oil, oil filters, and other car maintenance.
  • Adhere to work schedules and instructions provided by the Supervisor.
  • Follow BHCC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when performing repairs and services.
  • Inform the Supervisor of any difficulties encountered during repair or service activities.
  • Report additional repair or service requirements before vehicles are delivered to customers.
  • Provide support to colleagues in completing their tasks when required.
  • Perform primary quality inspections on vehicles after repair or service.
  • Attend outside breakdown repairs as necessary.
  • Inspect and maintain tools, hydraulic lifts, and testing equipment, and promptly report any abnormalities to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi internal procedures and policies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Division Manager and Job holder.
