Job Overview:

  • The Marketing Assistant Manager is required to demonstrate a broad range of skills and experience in support of the company’s key marketing objectives and goals. In addition to providing general administrative support to the Marketing Department, the role will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, planning and executing special events, supporting daily operational programs, assisting with public relations initiatives, and contributing to social media and web-based campaigns as directed by the Division Heads.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Operations & Campaigns
    • Support the Division in advertising, sales promotions, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and other marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with advertising agencies for creative briefs and campaign deliverables as directed by Division Heads.
    • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of marketing activities, ensuring Division Heads are briefed before campaign launches.
    • Arrange and manage promotional materials (POS items, banners, stickers, collateral, samples, etc.) in coordination with approved suppliers and the Centralized Warehouse.
    • Assist with website development, including content organization, updates, and digital marketing activities.
    • Monitor and support the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  2. Research, Analysis & Reporting
    • Conduct regular market, customer, and competitor research; analyze trends and provide reports to Division Heads.
    • Carry out product surveys and competitor product analysis, submitting periodic reports and analytical studies.
    • Compile marketing data including advertisements, press releases, and campaign materials; submit pre- and post-campaign reports to principals.
    • Maintain real-time statistics on competitor campaigns and promotions, reporting key insights to Division Heads.
  3. Administration & Financial Control
    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team including report preparation, budget reviews, and sales force support.
    • Maintain accurate records of all marketing expenses and invoices, producing weekly reports for Division Heads and auditors.
    • Ensure compliance with corporate identity (CI) guidelines and implement them in coordination with Division Heads.
    • Attend and actively contribute to marketing meetings, documenting key actions and follow-ups.
  4. Branding, Events & Corporate Image
    • Assist the Division Heads in achieving objectives related to branding, advertising, events, and product launch strategies.
    • Identify potential branding opportunities and upcoming market events, advising Division Heads on ways to leverage them.
    • Uphold professional work ethics, representing both the corporate image and the company’s brands positively.
  5. Communication & Support
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide support and resolve issues.
    • Report promptly to Division Heads regarding any challenges, incidents, or difficulties encountered.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Division Heads, including tasks requiring after-hours execution.
  6. Skills & Competencies
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
    • Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi internal procedures and policies.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Division Manager and Job holder.
