  • General product knowledge of different manufacturers..
  • Oven experience as a Denter / Panel Beater in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of body repair tools, equipment, and techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and job orders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Deals with Customer Property with care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for conducting quality repair works for damaged vehicles: such works include chassis pulling and aligning, fixing bumps and body re-fabrication, fixing of spare parts, or replacing them as necessary.
  • Collect job orders and the necessary materials/ tools/ equipment, to carry out the repairs on the customer’s vehicles in accordance with the company’s standard and specification.
  • Ensure quality welding and fabrication is done for the vehicles and time allocated for the repairs has been utilized effectively. Report to the ABS Supervisor for any delays/difficulty in repairs.
  • Informs the ABS supervisor of any difficulties faced during repair activities in addition to any further repair jobs discovered during work.
  • Inspects and maintains tools and other equipment; the specialist shall directly inform the workshop supervisor of any abnormalities in the tools and machines used in the workshop.
  • Performs preliminary quality inspection on the conducted jobs when finished.
  • Assists in troubleshooting and repair estimates as necessary.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Maintains an orderly and clean work area..
  • Responsible for the training of new auto body specialists.
  • Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi internal procedures and policies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Division Manager and Job holder.
