Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling all marketing, sales, and customer care activities for the assigned sales activity, prepare order forms and related work documents; accordingly, ensure that all supporting documents are provided by the customers.
  • Handles supply chains or distribution in a company and makes sure that goods are delivered on time.
  • Responsible for ordering all products requested by the sales team and handling all procurement internationally and locally.
  • Responsible for completing logistics of the division from pricing to arrival of goods to warehouse.
  • Responsible for coordinating with principals for pricing and ordering on time.
  • Prepare documentation for preorder, liquidation to receive management approvals.
  • Responsible for all divisional correspondence and centralized correspondence for the principals.
  • Update, monitor the price list and negotiate with principals in case any changes are observed.
  • Responsible for arranging promotions for all products and coordinating with respective divisions for the same.
  • Responsible for preparing Dealer incentive schemes, L/C request, order request as and when required.
  • Follow-up with principals, shipping liners, clearing agents with regards to the consignments.
  • Maintain loyalty from existing customers through regular review calls, offering promotional materials, and professional conduct
  • Troubles shoot in matters of documentation, specifications, and delivery.
  • Report to the Division head of any difficulties or incidents occurred during work.
  • Coordinate all HR activities, including recruitment (manpower requests, job descriptions, interviews, and pre/post-joining procedures), training (documentation verification, requests, and approvals), employee services (loans, ticket bookings, contract renewals, salary issues, etc.), and compliance with regulatory matters (work visas, RP, CPR, GOSI). Additionally, support HR initiatives such as performance appraisals, employee engagement, policy implementation, and monitoring, while promoting awareness of disciplinary and grievance procedures to maintain strong HR relationships within the division.
  • Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi internal procedures and policies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Division Manager and Job holder.
