Centre was awarded with the “Best Practice Certificate for 2016 by Samsung Gulf
Electronics.
Bin Hindi Informatics is the only Authorized
Samsung distributor in GCC that has achieved this Award, the Best
Practice Certificate in 2016
which is a milestone in its journey towards service excellence.
During the ceremony,
upon Samsung Gulf’s request, Mr. Ehab Ghanem, Division Manager - Bin Hindi
Informatics Samsung Customer Service Centre presented the audience who were
from the entire GCC region on how Bin Hindi Informatics implemented the best
practice in the electronic after-sales industry, particularly in the areas of
parts operation and stock management.
