Bin Hindi Informatics Samsung Customer Service Center awarded The Best Practice Certificate in 2016

Bin Hindi Informatics Samsung Customer Service Centre was awarded with the “Best Practice Certificate for 2016 by Samsung Gulf Electronics.  

 

Bin Hindi Informatics is the only Authorized Samsung distributor in GCC that has achieved this Award, the Best Practice Certificate in 2016 which is a milestone in its journey towards service excellence.

 

During the ceremony, upon Samsung Gulf’s request, Mr. Ehab Ghanem, Division Manager - Bin Hindi Informatics Samsung Customer Service Centre presented the audience who were from the entire GCC region on how Bin Hindi Informatics implemented the best practice in the electronic after-sales industry, particularly in the areas of parts operation and stock management.

 

Mr. Ehab commented “We have been striving hard to achieve such milestones and recognition regularly from Samsung which is indeed a proof that the hard work has certainly paid off. We are proud to be recognized as the No.1 Samsung Customer Service Centre in the entire GCC.”
