Bin Hindi Informatics inaugurates Samsung Customer Service Plaza in Riffa

the authorized distributor for Samsung in Bahrain, is pleased to debut a New Samsung Customer Service Plaza at the Enaya Car
Care Center in Wadi Al-Sail, West Riffa, on Sep. 29th,
2015.
The
Bin Hindi Informatics New Samsung Customer Service Plaza was inaugurated

The new Bin Hindi Informatics
- Samsung CSP is located at Riffa, next to the Wadi Al Sail Petrol station, 1st
Floor. It is a large service facility of 350m2
with 4 face to face service and information counters, and equipped with most
modern and high standard test and repair equipment. In addition to providing
Service for Samsung products, the Samsung Service Plaza displays a wide range
of Samsung Products. The access for customers are made easy with ample parking.
Besides the New Samsung Customer Service Plaza in Riffa, the Bin Hindi
Informatics operates a Samsung service center located at Exhibition road
opposite Al-Hoora police station, and also have established micro repair
centers or QRS “Quick Repair Service” at the Bahrain City Centre, Sultan Mall
and Seef Mall Muharraq.

has five Samsung showrooms in Bahrain – a brand shop at the Bahrain City Center
mall, Samsung Experience shop at the GOSI complex, Samsung Experience shop at
Sultan Mall, Samsung showroom at the Hoora service centre and a brand new
Samsung showroom at the Seef Mall, Muharraq.
In addition to these, Bin
Hindi Informatics have established shop-in-shop outlets at 3 strategic
locations in order to extend its products to its customers - Shop-In-Shop
showroom at Ashraf stores in Hoora, shop-In-shop at the public security
supermarkets in Manama and Safra respectively.
