Negotiation Skills for Bin Hindi sales staff

In line with their continued efforts to improve customer services and management practices to the highest international standards, Bin Hindi Group in cooperation with Berlitz Training Institute recently conducted a professional in-house training course for KIA, Heavy Vehicles, EMD and BHI sales staff by Ms. Raluca Zaharia, Trainer, Berlitz Training and was attended by 12 of A. A. Bin Hindi staff.

This course has been customized to meet Bin Hindi’s specific needs & requirements and covered various topics including customer service, Improvement of Sales, Communication and Negotiation Skills... Etc.

The programme was inaugurated By Mr. Mohammed Bin Hindi- KIA Motors General Manager & CMO. During the programme, Mr. John Joseph, KIA Brand Manager thanked Bin Hindi management for providing such a specialized training for KIA Motors staff at door steps.

In line with Bin Hindi Group commitment to providing world-class customer services Mr. Mohammed Bin Hindi has stated “The purpose of the Training was to increase the sales knowledge, proficiency, ability and skills of our employees. This Training would improve the knowledge, behavior and attitude of our staff” said Mohammed Bin Hindi.

At the end of the training, certificates have presented to the participants.
