Bin Hindi Creates A
New Concept To Motivate Their Retail Team

Imaging systems in Bahrain has recently created and launchedBin Hindi Premier
League, a new motivator concept to motivate the Retail Team.
The League is designed
to create excitement among sales team. It’s a corporate game based on Target vs
Achievement for the Showrooms and is titled – BIN HINDI PREMIER LEAGUE. Every
BHI’s showroom will be a team and every team has a team Name of their choice.
Each team will have a captain and he will be responsible to guide his team
throughout the competition. Report is flashed on a daily basis as to who stands
where to help them to concentrate on the areas of improvement, correct if
anything wrong and push hard to be the winner. Every month will be a
Season; the competition will be from 1st to 31st of that
month. The winner will be declared on the 3rd of the next month and
will be awarded the ROLLING TROPHY. Each and every single member of the winning
team will be rewarded with Gift Vouchers, Certificates, and individual Trophies
as well as a Dinner with the Director & GM and lots and lots more.
There is also a Player of the Season award and
the same will be given to one playerevery month. Selection process based on
some specified criteria such as achieving minimum 90% of his or her target should
have 100% attendance during that Season and comply with the Grooming SOP. The
player with the highest percentage achievement will be declared the Winner and
if the player with the highest percentage achievement is not in compliance with
any of the first three points then the player with the next highest percentage
achievement will be declared the Winner.
The winners of the first
month results havebeen announced at a big ceremony held at Rendezvous
restaurant, BCC and the same was attended by Mr. A. Aziz Bin Hindi, A.A. Bin
Hindi Group Director, Marketing, PR and The Retail team. BIN HINDI PREMIER
