Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all sales, marketing, and customer care activities for retail sales.
- Responsible for supervising Sales executives; direct them as appropriate and monitor their Sales performance in accordance with targeted sales plans, takes corrective actions accordingly.
- Assist the Divisional Manager in the preparation of field sales plans and determining sales targets; keep the Divisional Heads updated regarding sales performance.
- Assist the Divisional Manager in the preparation of sales forecasts and minimum order levels.
- Responsible for the preparation of quotations; take the approval of the Division Head accordingly.
- Follow the KIA guidelines and ensure it is strictly implemented in the upkeeps of showrooms.
- Responsible for the preparation of leasing agreements; consult the Divisional Head and take his approval accordingly.
- Responsible for customer care and offering best of the experience from showrooms; ensure that the requirements of customer are being met and fulfilled adequately by all concede parties.
- Follow up on the renewal of registration and insurance of demo vehicles.
- Negotiate with customers the variations in prices and special promotions; commit to the price lists and discount limits provided by the division head; convey the feedback of customer regarding the prices to the division head in order to take the necessary actions.
- Troubles shoot in matters of documentation, specifications, and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints as appropriate; convey the complaints to the divisional head as appropriate.
- Provide technical advice to customers on current and forthcoming models.
- Carry out market, customer, and competitors’ information search; report-back to the division head the information gathered on current and future trends.
- Report to the division head any difficulties or incidents occurred during work.
- Supervise the preparation of PDI requests and coordinate with the LV vehicles workshop and PDI section regarding PDI processes and customer requirements.
- Ensure that all the records of the field sales, reports, quotations, etc are being properly maintained.
- Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi Internal procedures and policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Chief Automotive Officer & Job holder.
