Job Summary
  • Responsible for serving food while maintaining a positive, fun, and clean atmosphere in the restaurant. shall use all tools available to be knowledgeable concerning quality food, service strategies, and culture. Shall demonstrate teamwork, and will complete opening, closing, and additional duties, as specified by management
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • High School or any related field is preferred.
  • Minimum experience of 1-2 years in similar jobs.

  • Good communication skills in English, preferably Arabic as well
  • Able to work professionally under pressure and stress, especially during busy hours
  • Capable of long hours of standing workload
  • Capable of carrying 20-25 kgs of load
  • Maintaining a good pace of work
  • Works together as a team and is a team player
  • Fulfilling any reasonable requests asked by the manager or the supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Make eye contact and smile at every guest he/she passes
  • Prepare for the specific needs of the shift by: Arriving at work with a clean appearance and proper uniformComplete the opening duties of setting up the station, making sure area is clean and completing the side work
  • Reading the communication board for important daily feature and shift information
  • Request that manager visits tables for regular guests and/or guests with discounts and coupon cards
  • Keep guests informed of long cook times on their orders
  • Provide the best possible guest experience by:Delivering food using the pivot point system within 12 - 18 minutes
  • Check back immediately after food has been tasted
  • Requesting that the manager visits each table with a guest complaint
  • Serve as the final quality assurance point for guests by:Reading tickets thoroughly to ensure that orders have been put together thoroughly and according to guest requests
  • Asking guests if you can get them anything else before leaving the table
  • Practice safe and secure procedures for Properly carrying food and drinks,Handling glassware
  • Clear tables only when all guests at the table finishes. Offers a specific dessert and after dinner drinks
  • Present checks to each table using check presenters. Processes payments quickly
  • Thank the guests and invite them back
