Required Skills:
- Excellent communication computer skills.
- Customer focused, able to understand customer requirements and handle customers' complaints with hospitality.
- Knowledge in technical aspects related to light vehicles preferably in KIA products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and prepares vehicles’ service schedules accordingly.
- Inspect incoming vehicles into the Light Vehicle Workshop.
- Open Vehicle’s receipt notes and record any abnormalities in the body of the
incoming vehicle in addition to recording any existing fixtures in the vehicle;
take customer acknowledgement accordingly.
- Note on the vehicle receipt any inquiries required by customer during
repair or service operations.
- Coordinate with Service inspectors and Senior Service Advisor the process
of opening job cards and vehicles follow up in the Workshop.
- Perform final inspection on repaired/serviced vehicles to ensure
that customer complaints and inquiries were covered by the Workshop in
addition to ensuring the cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Prepare invoices for the performed jobs at the LV workshop
after closing job cards.
- Schedule the activities of Light vehicles workshop which may be delegated to job holder as required.
