The A.A Bin Hindi Groups’ Heavy Vehicles Division is very proud of its long standing association with Renault Trucks. With over a decade of fruitful partnership, it has since grown from strength to strength.

The Heavy Vehicles Division caters to a broad spectrum of requirements with a variety of applications ranging from Light Commercial Vehicles to heavy Commercial Vehicles- Public utility to public security, logistics to long overhaul, Distributions to Emergency. The Divisions after sales service provides service packages, comprehensive maintenance package or tailor- made solutions as per the customers’ requirements.
 Besides, the heavy Vehicles Division is also engaged in long term lease of Vehicles with an option to purchase at the end of the contract.

The Division also deals in Renault Used trucks and has been doing exceedingly well in this area.

The Division’s clientele list includes blue chip companies like DHL, ALBA, BAPCO, Various Ministries and Public Security etc. among other elite customers.

In line with Renault expectations and mutual commitment, the division has invested heavily in the new state-of-the-art workshop. The 15 bay workshop is strategically located in Ma’ameer, an established industrial area in Bahrain. The workshop is equipped with all the requisite equipment, tools and special service tools to cater to the service and repair of Renault Trucks. Besides, it is also equipped with a training center to facilitate the training of staff locally. A separate spare parts center is attached to the workshop to cater to the needs of the workshop, apart from the main spare parts center in Salmabad. The staff is trained from time to time in France and locally to equip themselves to attend to the proper repair and service of Renault Trucks equipped with the latest technology.  In addition to this, the workshop has two mobile service vans to attend to break down repairs and to provide on the road service assistance to our valued customers. Facilities for providing product add-ons like Rust proofing, Accessories etc. situated within the premises give customers added value.

 The spare parts department, presently operating from the central region (Salmabad) and Eastern region (Sitra) of Bahrain, is well equipped with an excellent stock of genuine parts to cater to the requirements of our valued Renault Truck owners and fleet customers. In line  with the continuous  improvement plans of the Quality Management System certified as per ISO 9001:2000 standards, We constantly monitor the customer satisfaction Index, the parts availability rate, the delivery efficiency  with a view to improve it time to time. Presently our fill rate is one of the best in the region at over 90%, inspite of being a small island.

To make it easy for customers and fleet owners, we have a team of dedicated delivery staff to make timely deliveries to the customer’s premises. Further, We will shortly be stocking key spares at Arad in the interest of the customers from the Northern region(Muharraq & Arad) for faster fulfillment of orders.
